Diane has retired after thirty-five years in the office of the Montgomery County Clerk. She spends some of her retirement hours with us in the capacity of our morning purser. Diane's experience and reliability have proven to be essential.

Kisha has left the hotel field to join us in the doggie hotel gendre. Her scheduling expertise was evident immediately. Kisha is a expert multi-tasker and handles are busy afternoon rush with calmness and a smile.

Meredith joined the Ana's Ark crew in June of 2007 as our weekend purser (receptionist). During the week Meredith writes legislature for the Howard County Council. She, and her family have years of experience in breeding Flat Coated Retrievers, rescuing dogs and training them. Meredith's contagious smile, reliability and calm demeanor are a true asset to the Ana's Ark crew. Be sure to say hello to Meredith's Flat Coated Retriever, "Bubba".

Irene has joined the Ana's Ark crew in the capacity of purser. Irene's cheerful demeanor and attention to detail assure that each of our guests get the best possible care.

Maggie is soft spoken with a huge heart for the dogs. Eager to spend time with the dogs, Maggie plays with them, takes them for walks and cuddles with them.

Kristin excudes contagious joy. When Kristin is in the playroom there is always a game afoot.

Roseanne joined the Ark Crew in June of 2003. Roseanne and her Shih Tzu, "Puppy" are a Therapy Dog Team. Look for Roseanne and Puppy ministering to those in need of companionship at hospitals. Roseanne recently participated in sheep trials with her rescued Old English Sheepdog, Reese. Roseanne is owned by EIGHT dogs (Two Labs, One Old English Sheepdog, One Shih Tzu, One Mini Australian Shepherd and three Chihuahuas) and she foster dogs too.

Casey is our weekend warrior. Always willing to do what ever needs to be done, Casey has quickly become an integral part of the Ana's Ark crew. Look for Casey on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Mike is back. Mike was with us in 2007. He left for a short time period but admits he missed the dogs. I think the dogs missed him too. They recognized him right away.

Night Watchman, Samantha Hudson, joined the Ana's Ark Crew in January of 2005. Samantha is a very friendly person, she has a bubbly personality and could talk anyone's ear off. We have come to rely on her wonderful attendance record. Samantha has a Beagle named Gertie, who likes to get her paw-nails painted.

Jim has a steady mothodical nature that allows him to handle the meticulous feeding regime of our overnight guests.

Bouey the Ana's Ark mascot has joined the crew. Bouey like all Golden Retrievers is eager to meet new people and new dogs. He is loyal, dependable, trustworthy, hard working, and reliable. Just like Ana's Ark! And like his name sake, the bouey, he is a guiding light to a safe port in the storm; Ana's Ark Doggie Depot.
