Bella is very high energy and bossy and gets lonely being alone all day, everyday. At Ana's Ark, even if she sleeps she is not alone, which I think is a huge comfort to her and helps to break up her week. Bella is very finicky with people, and I know when she doesn't feel right about certain people. The only things I see from Bella towards the Ana's Ark crew is love and smiles, and I see the same from the crew towards every customer and dog that comes into Ana's Ark.

Finding Ana's Ark has been a godsend and has made my life and Bella life so much easier, and that, in turn, has only strengthened my relationship with Bella.

Ana's Ark is the only kennel that my dogs, Bailey and Berkeley will happily walk in the front door instead of trying to run the other way when we get out of the car!! They are happy here, and I feel the Ana's Ark crew is wonderful. The two of them have been boarding at Ana's Ark for several years when ever my family goes out of town. Don't change anything. Stay just the way you are.

Finn is over weight. We thought it would be good for him to get out more during the day, and it has worked. He has already lost 2 pounds! What a wonderful idea for the moms and dads to have a place were they can leave a loved one and know they will be safe and have fun. Finn waits for us to say "school " everyday. He get so excited to go, and in the evening he is so tired he's in bed before us! Thank you to all at Ana's Ark who take care of Finn.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much Jackson loves coming to Ana's Ark. Jackson was a rescue with tons of energy who had been in a shelter and in a kennel for a combined 3 months. When I got him in December, he was more than a handful. Through basic training offered at Ana's Ark and the patience and compassion your staff has had for Jackson, I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! When I turn onto Dover on our way to see you, Jackson starts to cry in excitement (that's at least 2 miles away!). He is so content and tired when I pick him up in the afternoon - it has been a dream. Thank you for all you do.

Again, we want to thank you for taking such great care of our little guy. He "flourished" while he was in your care. I appreciated being able to bring his own bed and food and the suggestion by your staff that we bring something from home (a shirt). I think going out briefly several times a day was a big bonus for such an active, people-dependent dog--I was reluctant to see him caged without a break for the better part of two weeks. In short, we are very satisfied customers. The "other place" we've boarded him was fine, but this time he seemed much more content, and so were we--and this was the longest we've ever had to board him. Ana's Ark has an open atmosphere that we liked right away. We were impressed to be given a tour and actually see the space where he'd be staying. That made a huge difference in how we felt about leaving him. He may be "just a dog," but he's very special to us.
